This Privacy Policy describes how Sweeper Games (“we”, “us”) handles information on sweepergames.app. We design the site to be playable with minimal data collection.
Information we process
- Local game progress — Ember Sweeper may store runs, profile stats, mute preferences, and leaderboards in your browser’s localStorage. This data stays on your device unless you clear site data.
- Server logs — Standard hosting logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) may be collected by our host for security and reliability.
- Cookies / advertising — If Google AdSense or similar partners are enabled, they may use cookies or similar technologies to show personalized or non-personalized ads. See Google’s policies for details.
How we use information
- To run free games and remember local preferences
- To improve performance, security, and content
- To display advertising that supports free access (when enabled)
Third-party embeds
Some games load inside iframes from third-party hosts (for example Dragonsweeper or Minesweeper Plus sources). Those hosts may set their own cookies or collect data under their policies. We do not control third-party embed privacy practices.
Children
The site is a general audience gaming destination. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for accounts, because we do not require accounts for core play.
